He is a Co founder of the Womad Festival and has been the main booker of Glastonbury last 15 years

He is also booker consultant to Lovebox, Guilfest and Jersey Live and co-founder and co-promoter of The Great Escape and Mformontreal.
Paul Rees - Q Paul Rees is the Editor of Q magazine and has been for the past five years. During this time he has been mistaken for the drummer of U2 by Nancy Sinatra, called a “tosser” on Radio 1 by Madonna, and been threatened with legal action by both Kate Moss and Britney Spears. Prior to editing Q, he edited Kerrang! Magazine for three years. Aside from music, Paul is a keen and loyal fan of West Bromwich Albion FC, which have led some to question his judgement.
Huw Stephens - Radio One Huw Stephens plays new, unsigned, emerging and DIY labels on BBC Radio 1 celebrating the best in independent music from across the UK. His monthly night 'Huw Stephens Introducing....' at the Social happens on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Social on Little Portland St in London. He also programmes the Lake stage at Latitude, comperes the main stage at Reading, and host the 'Introducing' stage at festivals. His own festival, Swn happens across Cardiff venues in November. Huw presents a show on C2 on BBC Radio Cymru on Monday and Tuesday at 10pm, concentrating on the thriving Welsh language music scene, and the best new music from across the world..plus in any spare time he has after all that, he writes and run a label called 'Am'.
Malcolm Haynes Jazz World Stage and Dance Village programmer. Malcolm Haynes is the Jazz World Stage and Dance Village Programmer. Malcolm has been a dynamic force in the music scene for over 25 years. Based in Bristol, he has promoted highly successful club nights and gigs for the likes of Public Enemy, Cold Cut and Jill Scott. Malcolm has always been ahead of the game and able to sniff out new and exciting talent, hence his involvement with the forward-thinking Glastonbury Festival. He’s been programming the JazzWorld stage periodically since 1990 and the Dance Tent since its inception (95), overseeing its metamorphosis into the 6 venue Dance Village, and he works with the biggest acts and agents in the industry.
PAUL CHARLES - Agent, Promoter, Manager & Beatle fan! Paul Charles managed his first group, The BLUES by FIVE, when he was fifteen years old and his business card listed the number of the local telephone box in his native Magherafelt, Northern Ireland. His real education began when he took on the multiple role of manager, lyricist, roadie, sound-engineer and agent for the Belfast band Fruupp who were signed to Dawn Records and worked around the UK for several years in the early seventies. Paul Charles is now the co-owner of Asgard, one of the longest established European Booking Agencies and Concert promoters. He has worked as an agent with artists such as Jackson Browne, Elvis Costello, Ray Davies, Nanci Griffith, Nick Lowe, Robert Plant, Tom Waits, Van Morrison, Crosby Stills & Nash and John Lee Hooker.
